Madhubani Papeir Mache work is unique to Bihar. Kamini & Kaushal Kumar ji are traditional folk artists of this colourful craft. It is interesting to know that the form is given more prominence than the look or aesthetics of the object, which is why every piece is handcrafted & not done using moulds.
Each Ganapathi is hand shaped & painted by 1 artisan only - from start to finish.
This Gannu is approximately 8 inches tall x 4 inches wide
